I'm a licensed psychotherapist based in Portland, Oregon. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark Graduate School and am a licensed counselor in both Oregon (LPC) and Washington (LMHC). I provide talk therapy in-person at my office in Northwest Portland and via telehealth throughout both states.

I work with adults navigating the challenges and complexities of modern life. This can present as depression, anxiety, grief, and interpersonal struggles. I also work with individuals and their loved ones through significant life transitions — becoming a parent, living with ADHD, and facing serious illness, including cancer.

My approach is an integrative one, drawing primarily from psychodynamic and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) frameworks within a relational foundation. Working together, we'll explore how the past is impacting your present and connect with practical, evidence-based tools. I find that combining these approaches along with a deeper compassion for yourself offers the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change.
